I am currently looking for the following musicians to help form a band which will in essence be two bands with quite distinct sounds, Passing Phase Rhythm Rock and Passing Phase Electrofunk. Rhythm Rock will have a grunge sound and will consist of mainly acoustic instruments while Electrofunk will be a cleaner more upbeat sound and will consist of electric instruments.
- A female vocalist, to help front Passing Phase Electrofunk which will be essentially a duet based band. Most rock bands have either a male or female vocalist in front. The Greenwood Lassie sequence comes with female and male parts already scripted and while this will be done simply as Passing Phase, will provide a practice run.
- A lead guitarist who is just as capable on electric guitar (Electrofunk) as acoustic guitar (Rhythm Rock).
- A percussionist who is just as capable on a conventional drum kit (Electrofunk) as on congas and such like (Rhythm Rock).
- A bassist who can play electric bass (Electrofunk) and double bass (Rhythm Rock).
All band members will be expected to compose their own parts and therefore will share in royalties for composition. Please apply on the contact form.
